Il-Kalanka Bay — is located on the Delimara peninsula in Malta’s South. Once you pass by the rather busy St. Peter’s Pool, you will see this bay to your left.

Both sides of Il-Kalanka Bay have rock formations that provide shade. We love coming here for snorkeling!

Do not get confused with Ta’ Kalanka Sea Cave which is not too far from here.

If you continue walking down the road you will find the Delimara Lighthouse.

Beyond the lighthouse you’ll have views across the ocean and there are salt pans just below the cliffs. You can also spot the cargo ships calling at the port.
